This small building is a great value for the money. Lightweight and the floor was very sturdy. Good instructions, we had 2 people put it together. So far everything that we have stored in it has not gotten wet. It offers great protection for our items so far. The storage capacity is great if using it for stackable storage bins and cushions for outdoor chairs. We built a platform of wood underneath and it fit perfect. It has to sit on something solid, not the bare ground for best results. Would recommend if needing something for storage quickly.
Spacious shed with lots of room for my 42” lawn tractor. Has room for two shelving units and lots of lawn equipment. The downside is that there are no accessories available from Rubbermaid to use the wall space efficiently. I’ve searched the internet and all the parts are discontinued. The other downside is that there is no margin for error for the door alignment. One door is about >1/4 of an inch higher and the padlock won’t go through the opening. I’ve attempted multiple fixes but had to settle for a cable lock through the handles.
one precision made shed that this 72 yr. old was able to assemble by myself !! Instructions suggest a 2 man build but I was able to follow the most fine directions to assemble it by myself. My only suggestion is for one who purchases to yes build it on a concrete slab or build a frame to construct it one ... I didn't but still built it successfully however it would have been easier IF I had built a frame or built on a slab ... GREAT PRODUCT !!!
Hired a handyman and it was assembled with no problems in about 3 hours. Good quality, nice size.
I bought a Rubbermaid resin shed 10-15 years ago for my yard and it was made out of solid material and I've had no issues with it except a door latch which the company replaced at no cost. I ordered this item for my rental property in 2024 and while it's still standing, the material is quite flimsy and the door has now got a curve in it, bending inward. Clearly the quality of the material is much more flimsy compared to the one purchased in the last decade. At this price, I'm not sure this is something worth investing in.
